Here’s what I do:

  • Provide you with a confidential, judgement-free safe space to reveal how much you’re struggling and how much help you need. Let go. Show me how much of a mess you are.

  • Provide concierge services like connecting you with the GOOD services and professionals you need—doctors, financial planners, accountants, yoga studios, tutors for your kids, pet groomers, etc.

  • Help you find space in your busy life for self care.

  • Create a sustainable system that keeps your life running more smoothly.

How it works:

First, we start with a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to see if this is the right thing for you.


  1. 1-hour intake session: Tell me everything!

  2. 1 month of adulting on your behalf: I find your services and people, make appointments, set up appointments, simplify and streamline your routines

  3. 45-minute self care coaching session: Now that we’ve cleared up some space, what would make you feel good, and where do we fit that in?

  4. 45-minute check-in: One month after that I come back to ask, how is it working? What needs to be tweaked?

Subsequent check-ins and more adulting and/or coaching available by request.
